Description
This passive diffuser is intended for use in a sauna, office, bedroom or bathroom and combines a beechwood base with a fired plaster body in a mountain shape. The unit works without electricity: a few drops of a compatible fragrance oil are applied to the fired plaster surface, which absorbs the oil and releases the scent into the surrounding space over time. The beechwood base provides a stable stand and a natural wood accent for a shelf, desk, bedside table or bathroom ledge. Because the diffuser is passive, it does not require a plug, batteries or water, and it can be moved between rooms as required. The fired plaster should be allowed to dry between uses, and different oils can be used on the same piece once the previous scent has faded, although some residual note may remain. The diffuser is supplied as a decorative fragrance accessory; fragrance oils are not included. The wood and plaster should be kept dry and away from direct heat. The item is intended for indoor use and for creating a subtle ambient scent in small to medium rooms.
